Would you like to be a part of the golf industry? Remuda and Crane Field Golf Courses are are always looking for innovative employees who are highly motivated and work well with people. Positions are typically filled by March of each year so we can be fully staffed throughout the season. Submit an application and if we have current openings we will contact you for an interview.

REMUDA/CRANE FIELD FULL/PART TIME FRONT DESK STARTER/CASHIER - Previous experience required as a golf course starter, or equivelant (such as reservation host at a restaurant.)

REMUDA/CRANE FIELD FULL/PART TIME GROUNDS CARE ASSISTANT - Previous experience preferred, in landscaping construction or maintenance.

Employee Golf Benefits: Employees who have worked at least 38 hours are eligible for golf benefits on theGolf Course. Employees must average at least 15 hours a week or over 475 hours a season to receive golf benefits. Golf rounds, cart rental, range balls, and 25% off food and beverage, 20% off golf shop merchandise, free staff hats, performance bonuses, and more as determined by management.

Things you should understand before applying for a position: 

(1) Positions in the golf industry are typically in high demand and we get many applications. Please fill out application completely and only if you meet the specific qualifications. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid drivers license. Please do not apply for clubhouse positions if you are not age 21 or older.

(2) Our job positions are SEASONAL. This means a limited amount of work is available during the year.  Typically March through November, (although some housekeeping and groundskeeping positions last longer.) The best time to apply is any time after January 1. 

(3) The golf industry has irregular hours. Some job positions require applicants to begin work very early in the morning or stay late at night. Weekends and holidays are important as well. Applicants must be available Saturdays and Sundays for scheduled shifts as their position requires.  Applicants must be prepared to work on holidays and must accept changes in work schedule and duties as necessary. 

(4) The first 90 days of employment is probationary. No time off will be granted the first 90 days of employment. Strict attendance and completion of responsibilities will be required for employment to be extended permanently. 

(5) Applicants should review the skill demands and physical demands listed on specific job descriptions. Applicants will be required to sign an agreement of employment and they will be required to sign a copy of the employee handbook verifying they have read and understood the employment regulations and requirements.

(6) New employees will be required to supply proof of a valid Motor Vehicle operator's license and a valid U.S. social security number. Within three days of employment U.S. Citizens must complete a W-4 and 1-9 form, Non-U.S. citizens must produce valid Alien Registration Card, Current Passport with Employment authorization, and Valid J-1 or F-1 Visa.
