Remuda Tournament
and Large Group Events



Groups over 20 players are considered a tournament. Groups, leagues, and tournaments interested in discounts must schedule during the weekdays Monday-Thursday, at least three weeks in advance. All players must rent golf carts, the number of players must be guaranteed (changes can be made up to 4 days in advance) and green fees must be paid in one payment.

Weekday shotgun starts will be determined depending on the needs of your group. Usually a group needs a minimum of 36 players for a shotgun start.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shotgun tournaments require a minimum of 72 players. Full tournament prices apply on these days.

Tournament services include golf cart preparation, cart signs and scorecards, format and rules sheet, contest markers, paring lists, professional scoring and placement of sponsor signs
.

We welcome on-course events such as Hole in one contests, long drive, closest to the hole, etc. and will help to set up for your fun day on the course.

Add-ons such as lunches, concessions, warm-up clinics, range balls, personalized merchandise, and prizes are available.

Assistance is availabe for setting up events for guests with special needs.

Remuda Tournament/Group Obligations

1. A deposit is required for weekend events (Friday - Sunday) prior to reservation ($2 per player).

2. A guaranteed number of players will be required no less than (4) four days prior the the tournament event. Organizers will be provided an invoice based on this guaranteed number they reserve (regardless of how many show-up to the event.)

3. Tournament invoices must be paid no later than the start of the event in one payment.

4. The event organizer will assume liability for any damages done to the clubhouse building, furniture, carpet, golf equipment, etc. and will leave the facility in satisfactory conditions.
 

5. Your event must comply with state laws and comply with course rules and regulations.

Remuda Tournament/Group Rates

Monday - Thursday

20-72 Players: 10% off green fee and cart rental. Pre-booking is required for discounts.

73+ Players: $35.00/18 Holes Riding. Includes shotgun start and continental breakfast and all tournament services.

Friday - Saturday - Sunday

73+ Players: $45.00/18 Holes Riding. Includes $5 shop credit for each player, shotgun start, continental breakfast, on-course games, $100 credit for organizer, and more!
