and Large Group Events
Groups
over 20 players are considered a tournament. Groups, leagues,
and tournaments interested in discounts must schedule during the
weekdays
Monday-Friday, 25 days in advance. All riders must rent golf carts, the
number
of players must be guaranteed (changes can be made up to 3 days in
advance) and
green fees must be paid in one payment.
Weekend shotgun tournaments require a minimum of 72 players. Full prices apply on Saturdays
and Sundays.
Regular starts and shotgun starts will be determined depending on the
needs of
your group. Usually a group needs a minimum of 36 players for a shotgun start.
Add-ons such as lunches, concessions, warm-up
clinics, range balls, personalized merchandise, and
prizes are available.
To book a tournament contact

No Booking Fee or Deposit Required!
2.
A guaranteed number of players will be required no less than (4) four days
prior the the tournament event. Organizers will be provided an invoice
based on this guaranteed number reserved (regardless of how many show-up to the
event.)
3.
Tournament invoice must be paid no later than the day of the event in one payment.
4.
The event organizer
will assume
liability for any damages done to the building, furniture, carpet,
equipment,
etc. and will leave the facility in satisfactory conditions.
5.
Events
must comply with state
laws and comply with course rules and regulations.
6.
Special assistance is availabe for setting up events such as Hole in one contests, long drive, closest to the hole, etc.
7.
Add-ons such as lunches, drink bins, tournament prizes, personalized logo merchandise, etc. are available.
8. Two free "thank-you" golf rounds for you, the event organizer.
